Create and edit your profile
Read messages (Web version)
Purchase Membership extensions

3.2 Verified Members

Users can verify their identity through SumSub verification, which requires:

Government-issued ID submission
Biometric verification
Re-verification every 6 months

3.3 Paying Members

Operate on a "pay-per-action" model with no usage boundaries.

3.4 Free Users

Must adhere to Community Standards and:

Undergo regular identity verification
Maintain active participation
Provide accurate profile content
Cannot contact other Free Users

PROHIBITED ACTIVITY: Free Users may not receive monetary compensation for platform involvement. Violations result in immediate account termination.

4. Purchasing & Subscriptions

4.1 Monthly Credit Pack

To access premium features, you may subscribe to a Monthly Credit Pack:

Automatically renews until canceled
Payment method charged automatically each period
Price changes communicated at least 10 days in advance

4.2 Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

Log into your account
Go to Profile Settings
Select "Manage Account"
Click "Cancel subscription"

Refund Eligibility

EU/UK Members: 14-day cancellation period

US/Other Members: 3-business day cancellation period

Special provisions exist for death or disability cases with unused credits.

5. Service Usage Rules

Maintain accurate registration information
Keep account credentials secure
Personal use only - no commercial activity
No automated data collection
Comply with all applicable laws

6. Prohibited Content

We prohibit content that:

Promotes hate, violence, or illegal activities
Harasses or threatens others
Involves spam or unauthorized advertising
Contains nudity, pornography, or exploitation
Violates intellectual property rights
Facilitates human trafficking or illegal services

ZERO TOLERANCE: We maintain strict policies against exploitation and cooperate with law enforcement to combat illegal activities.

7. Intellectual Property

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide license to use that content. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary information
Create competing services
Post copyrighted material without permission

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Service availability or error-free operation
Accuracy of Member information
Conduct of other Members

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Lost profits or data
Member interactions outside our platform

11. Dispute Resolution

US Residents

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions are waived.

Non-US Residents

Disputes resolved through LCIA arbitration in London. Class actions are waived.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YourSite.com regarding Service use.
